Hi there!

I’m Dr. Tara Coppola, a vitalistic naturopathic physician licensed in Arizona and New Hampshire. At my practice, Rising Phoenix Naturopathy, I see patients in person, but I’m also passionate about online education. With a diverse background in education, personal training, corrective exercise, nutrition, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and naturopathic oncology, I have a unique perspective on the healing potential that resides within each of us. My primary mission is to empower my patients and clients to take charge of their health and learn how to heal themselves vitalistically. In fact, I hope the day comes when my patients feel so in tune with their own bodies that they don’t need me anymore! (Not the best business model, I know, but helping people reclaim their power and autonomy in health is what truly matters to me. 😊)

I focus on uncovering and addressing the root causes of symptoms and illnesses, guiding my patients to understand the important connection between their body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
